About AlloClae Filler
What is AlloClae?
AllCclae is a structural adipose filler developed specifically for body contouring. It is the first FDA-registered injectable made from donor-derived fat that has been purified through a specialized, multi-phase process. This process preserves the tissue’s natural structure, proteins, and extracellular matrix, allowing it to integrate more naturally with your body.
Unlike traditional fat grafting, AlloClae doesn’t require harvesting fat from your own body. The filler is pre-processed, sterile, and ready to use, which allows for safe, efficient in-office treatment. Because of its unique formulation, AlloClae is especially effective in treating areas that are difficult to correct with other methods, including hip dips, mild buttock volume loss, and post-liposuction contour irregularities.

AlloClae candidacy
Am I a Good Candidate for AlloClae?
AlloClae may be a suitable option for individuals who:
Are seeking a minimally invasive approach to body contouring
Have areas of volume loss that do not require major augmentation
Have hip dips, buttock hollows, or other localized contour concerns
Do not have enough body fat for traditional fat transfer
Prefer to avoid general anesthesia, incisions, or extended downtime
Dr. Nykiel will conduct a thorough consultation to assess whether AlloClae is the best solution for your body and goals.

Fill and smooth hip dips
Add volume to the buttocks
Correct contour irregularities from prior surgery or liposuction
Restore balance in cases of asymmetry
Improve shallow depressions in the thighs or lateral hips
Revise results from prior fat transfer procedures
Expectations
What to expect during your AlloClae procedure
AlloClae is performed in-office using local anesthesia. After cleansing and numbing the treatment area, Dr. Nykiel will use a blunt-tip cannula to inject the filler with precision. Each layer is placed carefully to build smooth, proportional volume based on your body’s contours.
The procedure generally takes 30 to 60 minutes. No incisions or stitches are needed. Once complete, you’ll be given detailed post-care instructions. Most patients are able to return to their normal activities within one to two days.
Our team will discuss the procedure in detail with you during your consultation.

AlloClae Injection recovery
Results and recovery process
You’ll notice improved contour immediately after treatment, with results continuing to refine over the following four to six weeks as the filler settles and integrates. Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising is common and typically subsides within a few days.
AlloClae results are long-lasting, with many patients maintaining volume improvements for one to three years. Touch-up treatments can be performed if needed to preserve symmetry or address additional areas.
Since no fat harvesting or incisions are involved, recovery is generally smooth and does not require downtime or compression garments. In the days following treatment, patients often describe a mild sense of pressure or tightness in the treated area, especially when sitting or wearing snug clothing.
As the swelling resolves, the injected filler settles into place, softening in feel and becoming more indistinguishable from the surrounding tissue. While the results are immediate, they continue to improve as the filler integrates, with most patients reporting full satisfaction by week four to six. Because AlloClae is placed in strategic layers, the final contour tends to look and feel smooth, even during movement.

AlloClae Filler cost
How much does AlloClae cost?
The cost of AlloClae depends on the size and number of treatment areas, as well as the volume of filler required to achieve your goals. Pricing will be reviewed in detail during your consultation. Compared to fat transfer or gluteal implants, AlloClae offers a more affordable entry point for patients seeking subtle enhancements without the cost of surgery or anesthesia.
While the total investment depends on the number of vials needed, most patients find AlloClae to be a cost-effective alternative that requires fewer post-treatment expenses such as compression garments, extended recovery time, or surgical aftercare supplies.
Our team will provide a clear breakdown of all costs so that you can make an informed decision with confidence.
